Haringey has a new Transition Team working with young people aged 14-25 who are likely to need ongoing support from Social Care Services as they grow up and leave formal education.

Come along to hear about the work of this team and give your views about transition support for young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) in Haringey.
