Carers First Haringey provides support and advice to unpaid carers. They also hold regular online and in person events - www.carersfirst.org.uk/haringey/welcome/

Carefree

Unpaid carers deserve a break too. Register with Carefree, view hundreds of potential breaks away, and submit a request. Hotels donate 1 or 2 nights to this charity for unpaid carers to use. The accommodation is free, however there is a £33 admin fee for running costs, and you need to cover travel insurance, food, and transport. www.carefreespace.org/take-a-break/
